Sunday, April 11th was the end of a Great Ag Mech Season!
42 students, 21 projects placing 20 places, 1 Reserve Grand Champion, 3 Division Champions, 4 Reserve Division Champions, 2 Showmanship Champions, 1 Special Award, 1 Sweepstakes, Winning over $80,000 in prizes and scholarships at 4 shows across Texas.
This concludes our 20th year of showing Ag Mechanics on the State Level, bringing our 20 year total winnings to $1,038,000.
I cannot thank Vega ISD our Administration Jody Johnson and Kassidy Rosas, Vega FFA booster club, all of our Banner Donors, all our Parents, Our New Assistant Ben Osborn, and my number one supporter Vietta Newton!
Who would have imagined 20 years ago this day would come.
