Vega High School

Amber Stewart is the Class of 2022 Vega High School Salutatorian. Amber has a grade point average of 100.381. She is the daughter of Clint and Jawayne Stewart. She was a Vega High School cheerleader and basketball player for four years. She also played volleyball and golf. Amber has been a member of the National Honors Society for the past 3 years and on the Student Council for 2 years. She was also an actress in the One Act Play all throughout high school. Amber Stewart participated in the recently added nursing courses, and she has received her Nurse Aide and her Patient Care Technician certification. Amber will be attending Texas Tech University in the Fall to major in Kinesiology, and then later apply to Tech’s medical school to pursue a career as a Sports Medicine Physician.
