Vega High School had a fantastic day at regional academic meet. To round out the evenings results: Addie Carlson 2nd place feature writing. The accounting team Parker-1st, Lynlee, Benneth-5th and Braden-6th placed 2nd as a team and have a chance to advance to state as the wild card team. Diego placed 5th in computer apps. 4x100 (Jaz, Lucy, Kami and Lynlee) placed 3rd. Kami Drinnon placed 1st in 100H and 2nd in the 100. Joaquin Segovia placed 4th in the 100 and 200. Diego Martinez placed 3rd 110H and 4th in 300H. All qualified for regionals! It was a great track day for the Vega Longhorns! Congratulations!!
