On these days, students will not be required to attend school. However, this is a great opportunity for students who may need extra help! ❄️ What are snow days? Will we have to come to school on those days? ❄️ Snow days are inclement weather days*when school is canceled due to unsafe travel conditions. Just like in previous years, Vega ISD will monitor weather conditions and make decisions accordingly. We will not automatically have to make up snow days. The school calendar includes built-in instructional time, but if we exceed our allotted bad weather days, we may need to adjust the schedule later in the year. 🚨 Designated makeup days for snow/inclement weather are April 24, May 1, and May 8. Tennis Update! Great job to our Vega athletes on a strong showing! Kase placed 3rd in Boys Singles – way to go! Paxton battled through to the semifinals in the winners bracket, falling 6-8 in a tight match against Canadian’s top player. Miles and Karley made it to the consolation finals – awesome fight!
