Vega High School Student Council attended the District Convention at the Amarillo Civic Center and brought home a win! 🏆 We took 1st place in the Pop Tab Contest with 21.8 pounds of tabs collected! In addition, we collected 75 baby bottles and 47 sippy cups to donate. All donations will go to Ronald McDonald House and CareNet. Because of this win, one of our members will receive a scholarship to attend the Student Council Summer Leadership Workshop. Thank you to our community, students, and parents for your support and generosity — this would not have been possible without you! 💛🖤

Please bring these items to your homeroom teacher or 2nd period teacher. All donations must be turned in by February 3rd. The class with the most donations will receive a prize from Student Council!
