📢 When does the 4-day school week start? 📢 Vega ISD will begin the 2025-26 school year on a 5-day schedule for the first 9 weeks. The first day of school is Tuesday, August 12. After the first nine weeks, we will transition to a 4-day school week (Monday-Thursday), beginning the week of October 20. Fridays will be student holidays.
