Starting her 17th year at Vega ISD, Amanda Brown would describe herself as determined, organized and a hard worker. Those of us that know Ms. Brown would definitely agree and we could add so many more adjectives that describe how awesome she is as the high school secretary. She is an invaluable member of the Vega HS staff. We are all so grateful for how well she takes care of us on a daily basis.
Amanda has three grown children and three wonderful grandchildren. She loves sharing with us pictures and talking about the fun times she has with her grandbabies. Cooking and playing with her grandchildren rank at the top of her list of things she enjoys when she is not at school. Taking her kids and grandkids to Disney World in Florida for Christmas would be a bucket list trip for her.
She enjoys the people she works with and really loves watching the kids that have been in high school grow into young adults.
