Please complete the Google Form below to request an access code for the Longhorn Gym and weight room. Once the form is submitted, Vega ISD will run a background check and notify you when your fob is ready.

Gym users will now gain entry to the school facilities using a fob rather than a code.

New gym users: The annual gym use membership fee will be $30 for the 2026-27 school year, which includes the cost of the access fob. Once you have completed the form, you will be contacted by Vega ISD Business Office to pay the annual fee and receive your fob.

Current gym users with an existing fob: The annual gym use fee for the 2026-27 school year will be $15. Please complete the form below stop by the Vega ISD Business Office to pay the annual fee.

If your fob is lost, please report it to Amy Kirkland and a replacement fob will be issued. The replacement cost for a lost fob is $15.

REMINDER:  This fob is for the use of the gym member.  It is not to be used for children or other family members without the gym member present.

VHS STUDENTS: Please visit the High School Office to get a form for your parent/guardian to sign. Do not complete this form.

**If you are under the age of 18, you must be a VHS Student to use the gym without an adult present. Please visit Ms.Brown's office for a form.
