Our Longhorn boys and girls spent the early part of the week competing in the annual Caprock Classic Tournament in Lubbock. Both teams finished strong at 2–2, gaining valuable experience, team bonding, and plenty of fun along the way. Today, they’re back on the road heading to Spearman—girls continue district play while the boys tip off their district season. Let’s go Longhorns! 🤘🏀

In accordance with UIL rules, all Vega ISD gyms and school facilities will be closed December 22–26.

The gym will reopen for community use and practices on December 27.

It truly is the most wonderful time of the year! The 6th graders had an absolute blast 🥳 on their Delores Moore Added Gift Fund shopping adventure! 🛒 These incredible students enjoyed a festive day dedicated to giving to others ❤️ and soaking up all the joy of the Christmas season! 🌟
