Parker Joyce was recognized for being a semi-finalist and will be receiving a scholarship of $3200 from the National Association of Secondary School Principals(NASSP).

Vega High School had a fantastic day at regional academic meet. To round out the evenings results: Addie Carlson 2nd place feature writing. The accounting team Parker-1st, Lynlee, Benneth-5th and Braden-6th placed 2nd as a team and have a chance to advance to state as the wild card team. Diego placed 5th in computer apps.
