Thank you to the 5th and 6th grade students, teachers and their parents for another successful National Sandwich Day. The sandwiches were yummy and the students were fantastic hosts! We believe this tradition was started in Vega in 1992.

Congratulations to our elementary Longhorn Leaders! These students showed that they are responsible for their school work, they are kind to friends, they're being helpful to their classmates and teacher, and for being trustworthy. As their reward they will be getting lunch from the Longhorn Grill on the day of their choice.

Parents! Please be aware of this SCAM! Several Adrian ISD parents have contacted the Sheriff’s office stating they received a phone call their child has been involved in a wreck and the person on the phone asks for a lot of identifying info during the call. Oldham County Sheriff's office has verified this is a scam no students have been involved in any wrecks. If you receive this call hang up do not give out information to them. Contact the school to verify the status of your child if you want to make sure all is ok with them.
